Mindfulness is the art of being present in the moment with focused concentration.
Being Mindfull connects us to spirit.
Mindfulness connects us to our creativity.

1 – Give your attention to one thing at a time.
Focused attention to a task makes it go from just good to superb.
Focusing on one task at a time allows us to put all our energy in the moment.
2 – Bring mindfulness to the meals you eat.
Chew slowly and appreciate your food and the sources it comes from.
Focus on your food, turn off or stow away your electronic devices and turn off the TV.
3 – Create and focus on daily rituals.
Make a morning awakening and an evening unwinding ritual, this will start and end each day on a positive and calming note.
Try to bring ritual elements into other areas of your daily life such as appreciate the process when making a cup of tea.
4 – Notice when you’re on autopilot and gently guide your attention back to your surroundings.
Stay in the moment and keep your attention on what matters.
This is the only moment that matters so give it 100% of your attention.
5 – Spend time in nature and appreciate all that it means
Walking in nature allows us to enter a meditative state that sparks creativity and makes your soul peaceful.
If you can’t get outside, commune with your houseplants and pets.
6 – Appreciate those around you, appreciate their unique gifts.
When speaking with people listen more than you speak and appreciate the conversation.
There are no coincidental meetings, therefore each person has a message or a lesson to teach so be focused and aware.
Bring Back the Focus to Your Life
We spend too much time with our attention divided.
Multitasking many jobs makes each one less than it could be if we would focus on one of them at a time.
The key to finding peace and calm in your life is mindfulness.
